egcs bug

  egcs-2.90.25 980302 (egcs-1.0.2 prerelease)

Problem:
  Various "Internal compiler error" problems while compiling
  DOC++ from http://www.zib.de/Visual/software/doc++/index.html .

for example:
cpp.l: In method `class McString & McString::operator =(const class McString
&)':
cpp.l:760: Internal compiler error.
cpp.l:760: Please submit a full bug report to `egcs-bugs@cygnus.com'.

I submitted a report earlier and got no response. Has this been addressed?
