Bootstrapping main and release fail on mips-sgi-irix6.2 (R8000)

This has been fixed.

This is potentially a very serious problem.  Note that other folks have
not been getting bootstrap comparison failures on irix6.x as far as I
know.

Can you pick the smallest of the .o files which differ and send me
the gcc/stage2/file.o and gcc/file.o (encode them and mail them to
me directly).
