egcs build Problems!

Hi,

This is my first with the installation process....
Got no errors when I did /configure, but when I did a build these are
the errors I am getting -

make: Fatal error: Don't know how to make target `f/bad.c'
Current working directory /easystreet/vdomains/es4vd011/c++/gcc
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `f771'
Current working directory /easystreet/vdomains/es4vd011/c++/gcc
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `bootstrap-lean'
Current working directory /easystreet/vdomains/es4vd011/c++/gcc
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `bootstrap-lean'       

Could somebody please let me know what I am doing wrong??
