Actually, let me clarify that. You may in fact have a 21164a, but the
BWX instruction set extension is disabled. This is quite common for
PC164 machines, as the CIA II core logic chipset is buggy, and doesn't
do BWX I/O space accesses properly.
You might see about an ARC or SRM console update.
In either case, note that config.guess reports what you can actually use.
