Internal compiler error 90

Here is a minimal demonstration of a bug using egcs 102, it is basically
that typedefs are not handled correctly.

> g++ -DDEMO_ERROR_90=0 demo.cc

> g++ -DDEMO_ERROR_90=1 demo.cc
