g++ development tools are missing

H.J. Lu has made a libg++ add-on for egcs, which was also released in
libg++ 2.8.1. libg++ is still in search of a maintainer (AFAIK), so I
guess it won't be included into the egcs distribution until somebody
steps forward. This is on the String.h issue.

OTOH, iostream.h is included as libio/iostream.h (as a part of
libstdc++, as somebody else pointed out).
