Directory permission created by "make install" (egcs-1.0.*)

Hmm. Yes. My default umask is set to 077 via a rc file. I bootstraped the
compiler with this default umask (077). Then I typed "umask 022; make install".

But anyway: IMHO "make install" should ensure the corret permissions of
installed directories and files (e.g. "chmod a+rx" and "chmod a+r") as I
wrote in another respondig to this thread.
