FIXED: egcs-980411: build failed in typeinfo:64

As there have been quite a couple of reports regarding this bug (including
by myself) I'm replying to all of you in a single message as not to overly
increase list traffic.

This bug and a couple of further ones which have prevented a successful
`make bootstrap` on many platforms have been fixed. (By others, not by
myself -- I'm just a humble tester! ;-) )

The current CVS snapshot seems to work fine again, so you might want to
either try that or wait for the next snapshot.
