1st problem egcs-980321-980328.diff.gz throws two rejects, if I try to
apply it to clean egcs-980321 ( made by unpacking full egcs-980205
sources and applying all previous patches without rejects) :
patching file `.brik'
Hunk #68 FAILED at 5296.
1 out of 68 hunks FAILED -- saving rejects to .brik.rej
patching file `ChangeLog'
patching file `config.sub'
[...]
patching file `texinfo/util/texi2dvi'
Hunk #16 FAILED at 327.
1 out of 16 hunks FAILED -- saving rejects to texinfo/util/texi2dvi.rej
patching file `texinfo/util/texindex.c'
patching file `texinfo/util/update-info'
I Iam attaching the rejects.

2nd problem .980328 dumps core on the linux aic7xxx 5.0.8 driver. :
gcc -D__KERNEL__ -I/usr/src/linux-2.1.92-pre-2-aic/include -Wall
-Wstrict-prototypes -O2 -fomit-frame-pointer -D__SMP__ -pipe

No problems with 980321 and older versions on that file . I can provide
the preprocessed sources of that driver if someone is interested ( IMHO
to big for the mailing list) . A backtrace on the
generated core shows the following :
[...]
Core was generated by
`/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-linux-gnulibc1/egcs-2.91.16/cc1 aic7xxx.i
-quiet -O -v'.

I´ve noticed the problems to compile regex.c ( here the regex.c of
mc-4.1.28) , too. The backtrace of the core dump looks quite equal
This GDB was configured as "i686-pc-linux-gnulibc1"...

PS: There is also the already reported problem with texinfo.
