egcs-970917: Unable to make g77 `info' files

  I just attempted to build egcs-970917 on an i686 RedHat 4.2 Linux
  platform, and everything built and installed correctly except for
  the g77 info files.  During the `make install' stage, I received the
  following errors:

./install.texi:1017: Validation error.  `Followed-Reference' field points to node `Installation Problems', which doesn't exist.
./install.texi:205: Validation error.  `Followed-Reference' field points to node `Config', which doesn't exist.
