(971016) i386-linux-gnulibc1 exception bug

Is there a list of what --enable-XXX flags exist?  configure --help
doesn't list this one, nor does it list --enable-haifa; I keep
wondering what other useful things I keep missing because they aren't
documented (or not in an obvious place anyway).
