minor problem with the file gcc/f/runtime/libU77/config.cache

	The above file isn't updated after I made a cleaning using 
a "make clean" or "a make distclean", followed by a configuration 
using "./configure [..]".

	This led to a bootstrap failure as the information cached 
is referring to stage2/xgcc which doesn't exist yet since the failure 
happens after the first building of the compiler..

	I have to remove this file manually. 

	Don't know where to perform the change in the distrib (970929)
