sh-elf broken for egcs-971127 ?

According to our SH guy, these are due to dwarf debugging/unwinding
information and are harmless.

However, I don't think it's acceptable to have this many warnings
spewing out from the compiler, so I'm recommending we disable dwarf
related stuff for the SH port in this release.
