Hi,

compiling the latest version (2.2) of the Data Display Debugger (DDD)
with pgcc based on egcs-2.90.17 fails:

[...]
g++  -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -DNDEBUG -O2 -pipe  -Wall -pipe -fexternal-templates
-felide-constructors -fconserve-space -c -I. -I. -I./..
-I/usr/X11R6/include -o ddd.o ddd.C
ddd.C: In function `int main(int, char **)':
ddd.C:2490: virtual memory exhausted

After a while of compiling and constant memory usage all memory (~100MB)
is eaten up very quickly.
