[egcs-971207] DDD 2.2 still fails on Linux.

DDD 2.2 compiled with egcs-971207 remains broken. As before,
a (gdb) prompt is never forthcoming. I suspect it's something
in the pty communications stuff, but I don't know if the fault
is in the compiled code or in the library. I'm running a plain
Debian Linux 1.3.1 system. You can get DDD at
ftp://ftp.ips.cs.tu-bs.de/pub/local/softech/ddd/ddd-2.2.tar.gz .
