please avoid huge mails here

Hi everyone,
To my disappointment I realized that I got 2 _very_ long mails (300
and 400k) with bug-reports from this mailing-list over the weekend.
I receive my mails via modem, and I actually have to pay extra money
for these huge mails. I guess there are others in just the same
situation as well.
Would it be feasible to enforce a size-limit on the mails of the
egcs-mailing lists? I definitely don't want to discourage anyone
who want to discuss or report bugs, but I think that any mail that
exceeds, say, 10k, is not appropriate here, because it can usually
be reduced without any loss of information (And, as a "side"-effect,
more people will care to read it). If there is need to send extra
information in some cases, this could still be done on request.
I'd be very happy if there would be a size-limitation ...
just my 2c,
Tobias
