[PATCH 3/4] openmp: Bump Version from 4.5 to 5.2

This patch implements the Fortran deprecations for OpenMP 5.2, save those
either not currently available in mainline or undeprecated in OpenMP 6.0.
Deprecations use the warning introduced in patch 1/4, Wdeprecated-openmp.
It modifies the test suite accordingly.

Built/tested x86_64-pc-linux-gnu.
