Generate config.h macros for IEEE128 math functions.

libgfortran/ChangeLog:

	* acinclude.m4 (LIBGFOR_CHECK_MATH_IEEE128): New macro.
	* configure.ac: Use it.
	* config.h.in: Regenerate.
	* configure: Regenerate.
