Fortran on XP system

Dear GNU experts:
I run GNU Fortran on XP system PC via DOS window.  This PC is no longer connected to internet for security reasons.
The PC is old and I want to get new PC but want to still use XP operating system because of much old software on system.I do not want to connect new XP computer to internet for security reasons.
How can I install GNU Fortran on new XP system PC without connecting to internet...?
