Bugs fixed in 2018

Actually, I did not count the bugs marked as duplicate, invalid
etc in my list. I only counted those marked as "resolved fixed".
There were 85 of other bugs closed in 2017.

So, we had 418 bugs closed altogether, 468 submitted - a ratio
of 1.16 bugs submitted per bug closed.

Not great (I'd like that ratio to be below 1, preferably far below 1),
but not too bad either.

And yes, we should try to get more people on board. Let's try...
