Updates for GCC's 'Fortran 95 tutorials available online' Page

​I've been on-and-off interested in Fortran over the years, mainly from exposure to a Fortran program for verifying stormwater and sanitary sewer designs and floodplain calculations while working as a drafter for a civil engineering company and also learning the basics of programming in the 1980's.

The program appeared to be quite versatile: one engineer was able to adapt it to model street traffic flows.

I recently decided to plunge into Linux (Ubuntu) after having to move to Windows 10 and wanting to have some alternatives given Microsoft's ongoing scandalous Windows Update failures and relentless data gathering and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of high quality, *free* programs available in Linuxland.

So I wasn't surprised to find a full-fledged (free!) and apparently up-to-date Linux/Unix Fortran compiler.

Fortran reminds me of COBOL, so not sure if I would actually play with it, but did check out GCC's tutorial page and found a lot of dead links, so ran through all of them to share with the group and help others who are more curious
