Gnu cauldron in Manchester Sep. 6 to 9, 2018

Hi,

according to  https://gcc.gnu.org/wiki/cauldron2018, there will be
a GNU cauldron in Manchester from Sep. 7 to Sep. 9 (well, preliminiaries
will start on Sep. 6).

Nicolas and I will probably attend. Could this be a chance for at
least some gfortran developers to get together for a BoF session,
for developers from Europe at least?
