s/noe/now/

Or just use TRUTH_AND_EXPR/TRUTH_OR_EXPR instead of
TRUTH_ANDIF_EXPR/TRUTH_ORIF_EXPR, the difference between those is exactly in
short-circuiting.  ANDIF/ORIF are for C/C++ &&/||, AND/OR are for C/C++ &/|.
