Dear gfortran developers,

in the changelog for GCC 8

https://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-8/changes.html

there is the following description of a change to gfortran:

"When an actual argument contains too few errors for a dummy
argument, an error is now issued. The -std=legacy option can
be used to still compile such code."

I guess, the term "contains too few errors" was intened to
express something different.

If I am wrong, I want to apologize for the noise.

Yours,
Johann Weber
