If you go by ChangeLog-20xx, Janne and Thomas Koenig are
now the elder statesmen of gfortran.  Your first ChangeLog
entry follows them by a few months.  I do recall that you
had a pile of patches waiting to be committed, but we were
waiting on Copyright assignment paperwork.  Real paper and
a big pond between us slowed the process as I recall. 

As my last post to fortran@, I do wish to acknowledge the
other contributors to gfortran (and I know I'll miss
someone):  Janne, Thomas, Tobias, FX, Jerry, Janus, Mikael,
Asher (aka cray pointers), Christopher (aka ISO C binding),
Daniel, Bud, and Paul.  Thanks for giving me a tool that I
use everyday in my Real Life.
