[PATCH, Fortran, documentation, v1] [COARRAY][API-DOC] Fix documentation of coarray API functions

Hi all,

this patch adds undocumented parameters to caf-API functions and fixes the
documentation style in many parts of the caf-API functions. It intentionally
does not fix the last paragraph in the caf-API function's section (co_reduce),
because I do not understand what is intended by the last sentence. So that has
to stay as it is until I get some more knowledge about it.

Bootstraps ok on x86_64-linux/f25. Ok for trunk?
