Fortran wiki update

All,

I just updated the Fortran 2003 status page on the Fortran wiki (http://fortranwiki.org/fortran/show/Fortran+2003+status) to show the gfortran version number as 7.2 and to switch the status of derived type I/O from “No” to Yes”.  The page correctly shows that the only unimplemented Fortran 2003 feature is parameterized derived types. Could someone please tell me if it would be appropriate to switch the designation for the following features from “Partial” to “Yes”? 

1. Finalization  
2. ASSOCIATE construct
3. Allocatable character length
3. Generic procedure interfaces with the same name as a type
4. Renaming operators on the USE statement
5. Specification and initialization expressions
6. Changes to intrinsic functions

I believe at least item 3 can be switched to “Yes” so I’ll change that one if no one protests.  Time permitting, I’ld test a few other features too.

As an aside, I frequently find that people cite this page as an indication of the lack of support for modern Fortran.  It’s useful to keep the page up-to-date to combat that perception.  Compiler support for modern Fortran is much better and broader today than it was a few years ago.
