GCC 7 stage 3 is coming ...

Dear Steve,

Unfortunately, there is so much to do on fortran-dev that I have been
targeting the start of 8.0.0. It has only been merged up to trunk of
about a month ago and even then there are some regressions. In
addition, there are some performance issues that need to be sorted
out. I have a couple of other pbig patches that I am working on. After
this, I will get back to bug fixing on trunk and fortran-dev.
