[Fortran, Patch, cosmetics] Fix some indentation and typos in comments.

Hi all,

I have committed attached patch as obvious as r241071, because it just corrects
some indentation issues and a typo in a comment.

Bootstrapped and regtested ok on x86_64-linux/f23.
