This macro in gcc trunk libgfortran/intrinsics/random.c is treated as defined in the cygwin64 build, however it has to be undefined in order to for the build to complete. I will attempt running testsuite with this changed. A fix was put into the libstdc++-v3 today which enables the build to proceed to the point of seeing this problem in libgfortran. -- Tim Prince
