STOP with OpenCoarrays not conforming?

Possilby, but not sure.
They talk about some race condition, which
manifests itself only occasionally. I get these results
each time.
Also, the latest entry refers to gcc 4.7,
whereas I see in in 5.3.

Shall I submit this as a new PR?
