Please note that the fortran@gcc.gnu.org mailing list is
for discussion concerning the development of gfortran.
General Fortran questions are tolerated, but should be
addressed to comp.lang.fortran.  Questions should be 
well formulated.  Sending a single line of C code and
a single of line of Fortran and asking about ACCESS="STREAM"
is hardly well-formulated.
