GFortran support for Fortran 2003 and 2008

> The August 2015 edition of ACM Fortran Forum contains the latest edition of the running article entitled “Compiler support for the Fortran 2003 and 2008 standards” by Ian Chivers and Jane Sleightholme.  The gfortran column reports on version 4.9.  Would one of you be willing to email Ian and Jane updates based on a more recent version?  If so, I suggest making the updates based on 6.0.0 and asking Ian and Jane to add a footnote if the feature is not supported in 5.2.

The only change I can see for 6.0 now would be submodules support, on which Paul may want to comment.
