Small Fortran update for https://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-5/changes.html :
The main issue with coarray locking has been solved :-)
Hence, I committed the patch as obvious.

C FE can be build as libcc1.so": I withdraw/drew the patch based on 
Jakub's comments. Thus, I leave the annoucement to
