gcc48-pr59997.patch (for ICE with c_ptr)

Hi,

The attached patch is quite small and perhaps solves the problem of PR 59997 in branch 4-8.

I've coded it before I read the code convention rules for patches. In case the patch indeed solves the problem, we'll adjust it accordingly.

So, one has to apply it, test and after discard it until we create the final version (with change log & proper spacing).
