Lahey contributions to gfortran?

On Marlettes behalf, I have to say that I am largely responsible for the 
GFortran contributions, and I must admit that by my own standards, the 
follow through has not been adequate.  Because I have been beset with a 
series of distractions of a family nature, I have largely been on leave 
from developing on our product and GFortran over the past year. With 
that said, in that time I have obtained an assignment from the FSF and 
have posted on stackoverflow example code showing how to interface 
GFortran with Windows API functions using ISO_C_BINDING and standard 
Fortran coding without having to resort to import/export directives. 
While this isn't much, it isn't nothing. By mid fall, I should be in a 
better position to contribute, especially with things like bug hunting.
