[Patch, Fortran] Add first coarray ABI documentation to gfortran.texi

Dear all,

attached is a first patch to gfortran.texi which add documentation about 
libcaf*.c. The things are still a bit in a flux and it is incomplete 
(atomics, locking, error stop and vector subscripts are still missing), 
but one has to start somewhere â€¦

OK for the trunk?

Comments on the language, the technical description and on the API 
itself are welcome.
