depends a bit on what you mean by 'official', I guess. (Strictly
speaking I would argue that something like 'official GCC binaries'
does not exist at all. But there is a good number of binaries provided
by specific distributors and packagers.)

Unfortunately, http://gcc.gnu.org/wiki/GFortranBinaries does not list
any Solaris binaries, however you can find some Solaris-specific links
here: http://gcc.gnu.org/install/binaries.html

One of those leads you to this page:

Not sure if this suits your needs, though.

If you want to build gcc/gfortran yourself, try to follow the
instructions at http://gcc.gnu.org/install/ or
http://gcc.gnu.org/wiki/InstallingGCC, and come back here if you have
any specific questions.
