gfortran testsuite failures on 4.6 branch

FYI, I just rebuilt 4.6 on a different machine. With
--disable-bootstrap, this only showed the realloc_on_assign_* failues.
And luckily those also went away when doing a full bootstrap.

So, everything is fine on the branch. Sorry for the noise ...
