Outstanding PRs assigned

For those interested,

There are several PRS outstanding that show myself assigned to these. As I find
time, I will work these off, but it is far in between when I have time.

So, if anyone wishes to work on these PRs, please feel free to do so.  All I ask
is please let me know if you start on one so that I can avoid duplication of
effort and send any info or ideas I might have.  You may then assign the PR to
yourself and proceed. I will be happy to be reviewer/approver for these.
