It is still in test stage and when installed many applications are 
broken because a problem with libffi (see 
http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin-announce/2013-03/msg00000.html and this 
thread http://cygwin.com/ml/cygwin/2013-04/threads.html#00081)

Any way, in the next few hours/days there should be a 4.7.2-2 release to 
try...
