Requesting gfortran binaries for Linux & Windows

I just tried the 4.7 binary for linux x86_64 from that wiki site.  I had 
problems on Red Hat 6 with the g++ 4.6 and 4.7, but the gcc and gfortran 
were fine, except for some f2008 tests.  Easy enough to build yourself 
from source if you want g++ working.
I think it's a tall order to expect 4.7 for Windows.  You could read 
about the difficulties.  The 4.5 binaries (3 choices!) from cygwin.com 
were just updated, and work fine, if you don't need any f2008 features.
