.f90 runs slower than .f

Oops, sorry about that (and the delay replying!)

I have removed all reference to the FoXML module and it compiles fine on 
my computer. It does need fftw which I can't really get rid of (I won't 
be able to tell if it is giving the right answer), that seems to be 
fairly standard though. Removing FoX made no difference to the timings.

Extract and do make NRQCDf77 or NRQCDf90 and just run with
time ./NRQCDf77
or
time ./NRQCDf90
