Compiling GFortran - mpfr_

Thanks for the help. Truth be told, I expected the compile to be a 
simple ./configure && make && make install. I didn't expect to have any 
missing dependencies since I was able to develop for GFortran this summer.

Anyway, I installed every library I was missing and I'm compiling again.
