[ICE] allocate on assignment inside TBP

Hi,

The following program crashes with an ICE in gfc_get_derived_type, at
fortran/trans-types.c:2401
Occurs with 4.7 latest snapshot as well as 4.6.3 on Debian x86_64.
I'm not sure if this bug has been reported.
