A user pointed out that the previous builds of gfortran for 32-bit MinGW did not include a .dll file needed for using gdb with Photran in the Eclipse IDE. A new build (version 4.7.0 20111129 (experimental) [trunk revision 181803]) is now available that includes the missing file.
