An ICE with gfortran 4.6.1, optimization -O3, not with -O2.

The attached preprocessed Fortran source draws an Internal Compiler 
Error on x86_64-linux-gnu:

suedyn.F90: In function ‘suedyn’:
suedyn.F90:2100:0: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault
Please submit a full bug report,
with preprocessed source if appropriate.

using Debian Testing gfortran 4.6.1:
