Makes sense since the last test version in:

http://gcc.gnu.org/wiki/GFortranBinaries

available for Windows is dated as 2011-04-19.

My apologies for my previous wrong answer: YES, the experimental 
compiler is for MinGW build ("native Windows" build), and it 
was downloaded from: 

http://users.humboldt.edu/finneyb/gfortran-windows-20110419.exe. 

BTW, perhaps, there is a newer experimental version?
