Committed revision 164619.

Thanks for the review and suggestions!  For the PR / full checks we now 
only miss (AFAIK) the checks related to LOCK/UNLOCK, which obviously can 
only be implemented when those features are implemented.

My next plans are looking at ASSOCIATE plus derived-types.
