OK.

If it is a 4.3/4.4/4.5/4.6 regression, I would say fix on all branches. 
But if you don't have the courage/feel it's not worth it, you can stop on 4.4 
or 4.5. 
From my point of view having the fix on:
 - 4.5 is mandatory (PR has target milestone 4.5.2), 
 - 4.4 is nice to have, 
 - 4.3 is optional.
